Visions@Work Announces Formal Launch

Clermont, Fla. – February 18, 2009 – Visions@Work, LLC, a provider of physician
relationship management and electronic referral services, today announced its formal
launch and the availability of its Preferr product, a software collaboration platform
that improves organizational efficiencies related to the referral process and managing
physician relationships.

The company – which is founded on a commitment to helping physicians improve continuity

economies of scale – will provide the product through a subscription-based, software

Visions@Work is lead by Pranam Ben and Diana Croft. Ben serves the company as CEO

development and revenue generation.
